As of May 18th, we have implemented some safety protocols per state mandate that will allow us to operate at a somewhat higher capacity than we had been during the non-essential business shutdown.

We anticipate sending regular USPS shipments at least three times a week, and FedEx packages will ship almost daily.

If you place an order using a credit card, we will charge your card and ship the coin as soon as we are able to. For PayPal orders, we will send you a money request immediately upon processing your order. We will ship PayPal orders out as soon as we can once payment is received. The same applies to wire payment orders. As we receive payment, we will add your order to our outgoing shipping queue. Check and money orders can be paid as soon as we send you an order processed confirmation.

We will continue to respond to emails and messages sent through our site, return phone calls, respond to coin offers, and tackle other daily operations as best as we can.
