Pattern 1863 Two Cent Judd-312 PCGS PR65RB  $5,750
A fascinating Two Cent Pattern struck during the height of the Civil War. One of the major differences between this coin and a regular issue Two Cent Piece is the motto. The motto on this piece is "God Our Trust" instead of the "In God We Trust" motto which would be introduced in 1864. Struck in bronze with a plain edge. PCGS Price Guide is $6250.

Examples are also known in aluminum and nickel. Only four or five copper strikings are believed known today. This is the first Judd-1023 we have handled. Rarity-7. PCGS Price Guide is $7000.
